It failed… in the first stage! Between 90 seconds and 2 minutes into flight, the rocket broke up somewhere over the Yellow Sea. Of course, I doubt the regime has told its people about their third rocket failure (their 2 previous failures were in 2006 and 2009). What’s really funny is that it failed so early in flight – when their 2009 failure died in the third stage near the Philippines.
